graduating from Indiana University, Gary moved to Boulder in 1972
where he started in property management and formed his first real
estate company in 1976. Today his favorite activity is still helping
people achieve their real estate goals, combining a friendly
energetic enthusiasm with shrewd negotiating skills. His aims: “I

I moved to
Colorado in 1972 after graduating from Indiana University with a
degree in finance. I have worked for several custom home builders,
and have advanced training in solar and energy efficient building. I
am a member of the Boulder Valley Rotary Club. Some of my interests
are: wind surfing, downhill skiing, golf, gardening, and British
sports cars.

I moved to Boulder, Colorado in
1996 and graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business
Administration. My love for the mountains and all of the awesome
recreational activities offered in the Boulder are some of the
reasons
I am still living in this area. My exposure to the world of Real
Estate began at The Nature Conservancy where I was working to
purchase easements to set aside for conservation purposes.

I inherited my love of Real Estate from my father who was a Realtor
in the rural settings of central New Hampshire and the Adirondack
Mountains in New York. As an adult in Colorado my childhood roots
have instilled a deep appreciation of natural beauty and the
importance of community. I maintain a high level of community
involvement, from serving on civic boards to helping friends and
neighbors. Land, landscapes, architecture, and design all fascinate
me. When not working or enjoying my mountain home with my family, I
can usually be found following the Bluegrass music circuit or making
my own music, or playing in the mountains on my Telemark skis,
mountain bike or with a backpack.
