graduating from Indiana University, Gary moved to Boulder in 1972
where he started in property management and formed his first real
estate company in 1976. Today his favorite activity is still helping
people achieve their real estate goals, combining a friendly
energetic enthusiasm with shrewd negotiating skills. His aims: “I

I moved to Boulder, Colorado in
1996 and graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business
Administration. My love for the mountains and all of the awesome
recreational activities offered in the Boulder are some of the
reasons
I am still living in this area. My exposure to the world of Real
Estate began at The Nature Conservancy where I was working to
purchase easements to set aside for conservation purposes.
I believe a combination of good planning and ensuring the strength
urban centers will make Colorado a very special place to live now as
well as in the future. I love working with people to help them find
